Start up packages
Training information & Training No Shows
Because we want to be able to give each and every one of our clients the best and most efficient training possible, we ask that you be completely ready for your training appointment. You will receive a PDF copy of the Bright Smile Training Manual via email when you purchase your start up package. Please make sure you have read the Bright Smile Training Manual and have put together a list of any questions you have. Please have a model ready to perform a teeth whitening session on. Training can be anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. Our goal is to make sure that you finish your training feeling 100% confident and ready to offer the service.
Training is done via Zoom. A link to the Zoom meeting will be sent to your email address 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled training start time. Clients who no show will be charged a $25 no show fee. This fee will need to be paid prior to re-booking your next training appointment. You will be sent an invoice and the fee can be paid via e-transfer, Pay Pal or Credit Card.
