SHIPPING POLICY
Our Standard Shipping Rate is $25.00 on orders under $500 (before tax)
Unless weight, size, location, or clients need for Express shipping is a factor. In this case you will receive an invoice with the difference. Our free shipping does NOT include Start Up Packages or our large or small stand up LED Teeth Whitening Lights. Standard shipping is provided by Canada Post Expedited Service.
If a product shipped to you is unclaimed and returned to Bright Smile Teeth Whitening by the courier, you will be charged the standard shipping fee. If you request that an unclaimed product returned to Bright Smile Teeth Whitening be shipped to you again, the standard shipping fee will apply a second time.
Return & Exchange Policy
Bright Smile Teeth Whitening Ltd DOES NOT allow returns or refunds for product unless they are damaged due to a manufacturing defect. Teeth whitening gels, liquids, or products that have been sent, opened and exposed can NOT be returned. Packaging that has clearly been damaged during transportation will be dealt with by creating a claim through Canada Post.
Bright Smile Teeth Whitening Start Up Packages can be paid for in installments and will be sent to the purchaser only when the start up package has been completely paid in full. Refunds will not be given once a start up package has been purchased. If you have started a payment plan and choose not to follow through with your purchase, any payments made will not be refunded.
Returns and/or exchanges of any kind will NOT be permitted during this time due to Covid 19 until further notice.
The Terms and all related transactions will be governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. The Customer hereby agrees to the jurisdiction of the courts of the province of British Columbia. The Customer acknowledges that the products sold are subject to, and Customer agrees to comply with the export control laws and regulations of Canada.
