Shipping & Returns



All orders are FOB warehouse.


Any and all orders are the responsibility of the purchaser once it has left the Bright Smile warehouse. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your package. This tracking number can be used when contacting the shipping company to enquire about lost, stolen or undeliverable packages. Any and all investigations regarding lost, stolen or undeliverable packages are between the buyer (purchaser) and the shipping company. in which the package was shipped. 

Standard Shipping Rates

Our Standard Shipping Rate is $25.00.
Unless weight, size, location, or clients need for Express shipping is a factor. In this case you will receive an invoice with the difference. 


Standard shipping is provided by Canada Post Expedited Service, FedEx & Purolator.

If a package shipped to you is unclaimed by the buyer and returned to Bright Smile Teeth Whitening you may request to have the package re-shipped however the standard shipping fee will apply a second time.

Bright Smile Teeth Whitening will not be responsible if the purchaser provides the incorrect address during the check out process in the online store.  

Return & Exchange Policy

Bright Smile Teeth Whitening Ltd DOES NOT allow returns or refunds for product unless they are damaged due to a manufacturing defect in which case the product must be returned before receiving a refund. The refund will include the cost of shipping the product back to Bright Smile if a shipping receipt is provided.


Any and all teeth whitening products including gels, liquids, or disposables that have been sent to the buyer and have been opened and exposed can NOT be returned.


Packaging that has clearly been damaged during transportation is the responsibility of the client and can be dealt with by contacting the shipping company. 

Products purchased by accident can not be returned or refunded. 


Bright Smile Teeth Whitening Start Up Packages can be paid for in installments and will be sent to the purchaser only when the start up package has been completely paid in full. Refunds will not be given once a start up package has been purchased. If you have started a payment plan and choose not to follow through with your purchase, any payments made will not be refunded. 

The Terms and all related transactions will be governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. The Customer hereby agrees to the jurisdiction of the courts of the province of British Columbia. The Customer acknowledges that the products sold are subject to, and Customer agrees to comply with the export control laws and regulations of Canada.
