All Bright Smile Teeth Whitening Products will be sent out the following business day AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECIEVED.

Please allow 1 to 2 BUSINESS DAYS from time of check out for payments to be received.

Products are not sent out on weekends or statutory holidays.

Bright Smile uses Canada Post, FedEx, UPS and Purolator. You will receive a shipping conformation email when your product has been shipped so you can track your package. In some cases if your package is to small, Canada Post will not provide a tracking number. 

 

Bright Smile is not responsible for shipping delays once the product has been received by the shipping company.

Bright Smile is not responsible for lost or missing packages that do not contain tracker numbers. The client should contact Canada Post to have this matter investigated.
